Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of cardpulse.info (the "Service"), operated by CardPulse ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What CardPulse Does

CardPulse lets you track trading card prices on TCGPlayer and receive email alerts when a price drops below a threshold you set. It's an informational tool, not a marketplace - we don't sell cards, process card purchases, or guarantee any price, listing's availability, or that an alert will always be timely or delivered. CardPulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TCGPlayer, LLC.

Your Account

• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• One account per person - don't create multiple accounts to bypass free-tier limits.

Free Tier & Pro Subscription

The free tier includes a limited number of active price alerts. Pro removes that limit for a monthly subscription (or a one-time trial period), billed and processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the Pricing page's billing portal, and you'll keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scrape, resell, or bulk-extract data beyond normal personal use
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, free-tier restrictions, or other technical controls
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to impersonate another person
• Interfere with the Service's normal operation (e.g. attacks on availability)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

No Financial Advice

Price data and alerts are provided for informational purposes only and pulled from third-party sources we don't control. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Any purchasing decision you make based on CardPulse is your own responsibility.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardPulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed alerts, price changes, or purchasing decisions made based on information from the Service.

Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service, and may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
